We are making some changes to our loyalty card.

As from the 3^{rd of} April 2023 we are going paperless with our loyalty card, the impact that will have on you will be:

Your Card will now have the Tea and Coffee vouchers along with the points value stored on your card.

We will be issuing all members with 1 Free Tea or Coffee voucher Per Month, with any purchased item in the Restaurant. Please present your card at the time of payment to receive your free tea or coffee.  The vouchers must be used before the end of each month as they will not carry over into the following month.

Any paper Tea and Coffee vouchers you have will NO longer be accepted from the 3^{rd of} April 2023

You will now be able to use your accrued points at any time throughout the year in the Garden Centre (excludes Restaurant).

We will also have exclusive membership offers throughout the season, look out for these fantastic offers in store.

We will continue to have our exclusive 20% off loyalty days.

You will still be able to collect points with every £ spend in the Garden Centre (excludes Restaurant).

Your points will reflect your 2022- present spend for the year.

The loyalty Card will remain Free of charge.

We ask all current members to provide an email address so that we can send out our exclusive offers, without this we can’t keep our members up to date with what is happening instore.
